4 Futures aims to support individuals within their own homes or rented accommodation to have the opportunity to make choices and develop independent living skills.
Each individual will have a personalised support package based on their needs and preferences. Individuals will have care plans documenting the levels of support required for daily activities.
Individuals will be listened to and empowered to achieve personal goals.Individuals will be supported to maximise levels of independence, have fun and enjoy life.

Charlotte has a BSc Honours in Occupational Therapy and is a member of the British Association of Occupational Therapists. Charlotte has 25 years’ experience of working with people with learning disabilities and over the past 7 years has specialised in working with adults with learning disabilities who present with behaviour that challenges and/or mental health needs.

4-Futures provides support at Ballantyne Road

 

The property is a modern 5 bedroomed detached house on a small estate of 40 houses approximately half a mile from Rushden town centre. The estate has a small park and other local amenities, including shops, pub and sports centre are within a few minutes walk. Rushden lakes new shopping and leisure centre will be easily accessed either on foot via the green lanes or 2 minutes by car.

 

The property offers 4 compatible people with learning disabilities the opportunity to live in their own home. Each individual has their own tenancy with private bedroom (2 with en-suite facilities). There is a large communal lounge, with adjoining dining room and kitchen. The kitchen and utility area are fully fitted with modern units and appliances.

 

There is also a private, secluded, south facing garden, complete with summer house for the use of the tenants.

 

The property is ideal for those who wish to live independently but require support to be available at all times to help them remain safe and engage in activities of daily living.
